Frequently Asked Questions
How do the free limits work?
Without an account you get 2 reads a day. A free account gets 5 reads a month. The limit is checked before you choose a photo, so you never upload and then hit a paywall.
What happens when I run out?
With a free or Starter account you can buy a credit pack, used one read at a time after your monthly allowance runs out, or wait for the allowance to reset. Pro and Max have no read limit.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for; it won't renew after that.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card details go to Razorpay directly and never reach FaceAuraAI. Prices are set in US dollars.
Are photos stored on paid plans?
No. On every plan your photo is used for one read and then discarded. Paid plans change how many reads you get, not what we keep.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?
Your profile and saved looks stay. You go back to the free allowance for new reads, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
