1. About these terms

   FaceAuraAI is operated by Face Aura AI, Bangalore 560047, India. Face Aura AI is in the process of registration; these terms will name the registered entity once it exists. By using FaceAuraAI you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What the service is

   FaceAuraAI estimates attributes such as face shape, colour and body silhouette from a photo and turns them into style suggestions. Results are estimates for styling, based on the photo you provide. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological or identity assessments, and they are not a judgement of how anyone looks. Use your own judgement, and a professional where it matters.

3. Who can use it

   You must be at least 18 years old to use FaceAuraAI.

4. Photos you upload

   • Upload only photos of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed to it.
   • Never upload a photo of anyone under 18.
   • Don't upload anything unlawful, or use the service to identify, track or profile another person.
   • You keep all rights in your photos. You let us process each one only to produce the result you asked for; we don't store it.

5. Free limits and paid plans

   The tools are free to try within limits: currently 2 reads a day without an account and 5 a month with a free account. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC and monthly limits on the 1st of each month (UTC). In normal operation your limit is checked before you choose a photo. If that check can't complete, or you start reads in several tabs at once, the limit is applied when the read is submitted instead: a read refused then is not returned to you, and the photo is not stored.    Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. If you think you were charged in error, contact us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

6. Accounts

   You can use most of FaceAuraAI without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account and profile at any time from your profile.

7. Acceptable use

   Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk uploads, no attempts to bypass limits or security, no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, and no use that harms others. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

8. Our content

   The site, its text, diagrams and software belong to the operator of FaceAuraAI. You may share results and quote our guides with a link back; please don't copy the site or its content wholesale.

9. Third-party services

   Some features rely on other providers, such as Hive for the celebrity lookalike and Razorpay for payments. Their own terms also apply to what they do. Celebrity names are used to describe visual likeness only and don't imply any endorsement.

10. Disclaimers and liability

    The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and ending

    We may update these terms; we will change the effective date and, for significant changes, tell you on the site first. You can stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend access that breaks these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Any dispute that we can't resolve together will be decided by the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
